Product Features:
1. The machine bed, column, saddle, worktable, main spindle box and
other main basic parts are made of high quality cast iron. It
adopts special casting process to improve the mechanical properties
of materials. After annealing treatment and vibration aging, remove
stress to ensure good rigidity and damping characteristic when the
machine tool is used for cutting.
2. The spindle motor and pulley are tested by the dynamic balancing
instrument to ensure smooth operation.
3. The components of feed adopt precision ball screw, the axial
bearing at both ends adopt leading screw special bearing and the
ball screw is prestretching. The lead screw and motor are connected
by a direct connection rigid coupling without clearance. The
ceaseless transmission, small moment of inertia and high
transmission stiffness.
